Founder Jerry Greer has been working in the oilfield all of his life. Growing up, he worked for the family business, Roy Greer Transports, learning the in’s and out’s of trucking services as they apply to the oil industry. The company placed high value on the concepts of dependability and safety to make sure they always got the job done right.
Fast forward to the turn of the century. The family business had been sold and Jerry ventured off to work in the Houston area. This venture was, however, short lived, as the oilfield would always be home for Mr. Greer.
This is where we find the beginning of Lenorah Operators as we now know it. After moving back to Midland, Mr. Greer found himself operating a vacuum truck on his own. From this alone, and in only a few years, Jerry built up a fleet of trucks offering a variety of services from vacuum trucks, to kill trucks, to hot oilers. Operating on those same values as his father before him, Mr. Greer and family have solidified Lenorah Operators as a major provider of oilfield trucking services in the Permian Basin.
